You upload sensitive, audit-bound grant documents. Here is how they are handled.
Where data is processed
Document processing and storage take place on EU-region infrastructure (Microsoft Azure). Sub-processors include Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Plunk (transactional email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and Vercel (hosting), each under a data-processing agreement.
Retention
Uploaded documents and generated reports are deleted automatically: Free 7 days, Pro 30 days, Max 90 days, Ultra 365 days.
Access & encryption
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to uploaded documents is restricted to the authenticated account that submitted them; bot protection and rate limiting guard authentication and processing endpoints.
