About EU Reporting

eureporting helps EU project teams turn weeks of grant-reporting paperwork into compliant PDFs in minutes, without consultants or template wrestling. We focus on the formats coordinators actually have to file — Horizon Europe periodic and final reports, Erasmus+, Interreg and Cohesion (ERDF/ESF+) deliverables — and we generate the structure, the boilerplate sections and the supporting prose that normally eats up a working week per reporting period.

The platform is built and operated by Daniel Matthews-Ferrero through Fontaine Farm SRL, a Belgian limited company (SRL) registered in Brussels (TVA BE 1004.190.223). Document processing, storage and analytics all run on EU-region infrastructure; nothing is shipped to ad networks or third-party trackers.

Our design ethos

We don't claim to replace human review. Grant reports carry legal weight and your name is on them — a reviewer always needs to read what goes out. What we do is generate the structure and supporting text so you can focus on the parts that matter: the science, the impact and the numbers only you know. Everything we produce is editable, traceable and yours to keep.

We are small on purpose: small means fast iteration, no upsell pressure, and a real person on the other end of an email.
